Getting here is easy. Fly to Evenes and rent a car, or drive if you’re local.
Your stay combines work, connection, and experiences in surroundings that inspire reflection and new ideas.
Day 1 - Arrival and unwiding
Arrive in the morning.
Start with a gathering or work session in the bright gathering hall, featuring acoustic oak panels, flexible seating (round, classroom, or long-table setup) and a large screen for presentations.
Then head out to sea! Join a local captain for a fishing trip. Maybe you’ll catch tomorrow’s dinner?
Evening: a shared meal. Choose local catering or cook together.
End the night by the fire pit. The perfect way to settle in and set the tone for the days ahead.
Day 2 – Work, nature & togetherness
A morning swim for those who dare — summer or winter!
Shared breakfast and a productive morning session.
After lunch, a mountain hike awaits. We recommend Skårvågen, a stunning peak rising straight from the sea.
Dinner is prepared together, or according to mood: fire up the wood-fired pizza oven (remember the dough from the day before!), grill outdoors, or make a fish or game stew.
Day 3 – Energy & reflection before departure
Start with a one-hour morning stretch, guided digitally by a personal trainer from DRIV in Oslo.
The hosts will help arrange this, friendly and professional instructors ensure everyone can join in. (Dress: soft and comfortable).
Afterwards, enjoy breakfast and a final work session before checkout.
End your stay with lunch at Litløy Lighthouse, reached by RIB boat. It's a magical trip far out at sea, with a locally sourced two-course meal and storytelling from the island’s keeper.
Between sessions, there’s plenty of time for yourself.
With 30 acres of land to wander, everyone finds a place to breathe, reflect, and think anew.
